Return & Refund Policy

Please shop with confidence with Tech Verge. If you are not satisfied, here is how we handle returns and refunds:

Standard Returns:

• Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if:
• They are unopened and in original condition.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
• Fees: Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• Malfunctioning Products: Report within 14 days to arrange a free exchange.
• Incorrect Items: Contact us for a replacement. Tech Verge will cover shipping fees.

Return of Free Items:

• Any free items from the original purchase must also be returned to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Customers must place a new order if the requested exchange product is unavailable.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Processing time: 3-5 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

International Returns

For customers outside the UAE:

1. Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees. Ensure the parcel is marked as "returned goods" to avoid additional customs duties.
2. Proof of Shipment:
• Obtain a tracking ID or proof of shipment to track the parcel and verify the return.
3. Processing Time:
• Returns may take up to 25 working days to be received and processed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.

General Guidelines:

1. Items must be returned in the brand packaging as delivered.
2. Products must be in a new and unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.
3. Refunds or exchanges may be declined if the product is returned damaged due to improper handling or packaging.
4. Requests for size exchanges or replacements must be initiated within 28 days from the delivery date.
