Standard Return Policy

• The customer has the right to return or exchange their order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the products have not been opened. If the order is returned, the delivery charges will be deducted from the order amount.

• For customers outside the delivery range who receive their order through a shipping company and wish to return or exchange the order, they have the right to do so within 7 days from the date of receipt. However, in such cases, the customer must bear the shipping fees.

Returning Malfunctioning Products Received:

• If the customer receives a malfunctioning product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt, an exchange will be arranged by our representative or through the shipping company and Techverge Trading LLC will bear the shipping fees.

• If the customer receives the incorrect products from Techverge, an exchange will also be made by our representative or the shipping company, with Techverge Trading LLC covering the shipping costs.

How long does it take to get a refund?

• Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.
