- The warranty applies to customers outside the UAE under the following conditions:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our service center for warranty claims.

- If a replacement is required and the product is out of stock, we will:
- Offer a replacement from a different category of equal or greater value, subject to your approval.
